Custom Made Orders
Non-Returnable
  • Bespoke bridal wear cannot be returned
  • Made-to-measure garments are non-refundable
  • Design changes during production only

Exchange Process

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number and reason for exchange
  3. Return Authorization: We'll provide a return authorization number
  4. Ship Back: Send the item back in original condition with all tags
  5. Processing: Once received, we'll process your exchange within 3-5 business days
  6. New Item Dispatch: The replacement item will be shipped at our standard shipping rates

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps immediately:
