Important Notice

By booking a consultation or placing an order with K2 Ladies Designer, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Consultations & Bookings

Appointment Policy

Deposit Requirement: All design consultations require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment
Rescheduling: Changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late rescheduling may forfeit your deposit
Punctuality: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in appointment cancellation or shortened consultation time
Preparation: Bring inspiration images, fabric swatches, and any reference materials to your consultation
Cancellation: No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may require a new deposit for future bookings

2. Custom Orders & Production

Production Timeline

Standard Orders: 8-12 weeks from final measurement confirmation
Rush Orders: 4-6 weeks (subject to 30% rush fee)
Peak Season: Additional 1-2 weeks during wedding seasons (Nov-Feb, Jun-Aug)
Final Lock: Measurements and designs are locked 4 weeks before delivery date

Design Changes

During Design Phase: Unlimited changes before fabric cutting
After Fabric Cut: Design changes incur additional charges (₹1,500-5,000)
During Production: Major changes may delay delivery and incur fees
Final Approval: Design and fabric selections are final after written confirmation

3. Payments & Pricing

Price Structure

Custom Bridal Blouses: ₹8,000 - ₹25,000+ (depending on complexity, fabric, and embellishments)
Lehengas & Sarees: ₹25,000 - ₹1,00,000+ (fabric, work, and design dependent)
Additional Services: Alterations, emergency services, and rush orders are charged separately
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of GST (18%)

4. Fittings & Alterations

Included Services

3 fitting sessions (initial, progress, final)
Complimentary minor alterations within 7 days of delivery
Professional pressing and finishing
Protective garment bag for delivery

Additional Services

Major alterations after delivery: ₹800 - ₹1,500
Emergency alterations (within 48 hours): ₹2,000+
Weight fluctuations >5kg may require remake at additional cost
Post-wedding preservation services available

Measurement Responsibility

Final measurements are the client's responsibility. We recommend maintaining stable weight during the production period. Significant weight changes may affect garment fit and require additional alterations at the client's expense.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Store Credit

Cancellation Policy

Before Fabric Purchase: 50% deposit refunded minus ₹1,500 consultation fee
After Fabric Purchase: Deposits are non-refundable. Materials cost will be deducted from any refund
During Production: No cancellations once production has begun. Store credit may be offered at our discretion
Within 2 Weeks of Wedding: Absolutely no cancellations or changes allowed
Force Majeure: In case of extraordinary circumstances, we will work with you to find a suitable solution

Store Credit Policy

Store credit may be offered for cancelled orders at our sole discretion
Store credit is valid for 12 months from issue date
Credit cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash
Credit can be used for future orders, alterations, or accessories

6. Quality Guarantee & Liability

Expert craftsmanship and attention to detail
Professional finishing and quality control
Timely delivery as per agreed schedule

Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate measurements and information
Make timely decisions and payments
Attend scheduled fittings punctually
Follow care instructions for garment maintenance

Liability Limitations

While we strive for perfection, K2 Ladies Designer's liability is limited to the cost of the garment. We are not liable for indirect damages, emotional distress, or consequential losses. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

7. Intellectual Property & Privacy

Design Rights

All designs, patterns, and techniques are the intellectual property of K2 Ladies Designer
Clients may not reproduce or copy our designs for commercial purposes
We may use completed garments (with faces blurred) for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested
Custom designs created for clients remain our intellectual property

Privacy & Confidentiality

Client information is kept strictly confidential
We do not share personal details with third parties without consent
Measurement records are securely stored and used only for garment creation

By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
